1.1. The Tour Brochure and these Terms and Conditions are valid for Tour Departure dates from January 01, 2016 to December 16, 2017.
2. DEFINITION OF TERMS
2.1 This constitutes the terms and conditions between you as a “Costumer” or “You” that will purchase travel and tours service from us, Take IT back as “Service Provider” or “We”.
3.1. DUTIES OF THE “CUSTOMER”
3.1.1. To pay the “Service Provider” for the agreed travel services after sending back signed the full agreement that will send by email following the terms of payment (as per clause 5).
3.1.2. To provide at the “Service Provider” copy of Passport and any other eventually necessary documents.
3.1.3. To be sure to have:

If any “Customer” have not the correct visa or other documentation necessary to enter a country or participate in any aspect of a tour the “Service Provider” will not refund all or any portion of the tour price and will not be responsible for any cost of incur as a result of failure to obtain the required documentation, including any cost associated with rejoining the Tour.

3.1.4. Let the “Service Promoter” know if requires special attention (medical or any others).
3.2. DUTIES OF THE “SERVICE PROVIDER”
3.2.1. To provide the “Customer” all the agreed services as per chosen tour.
3.2.2. To provide high quality travel services and client satisfy to the “Customer”.
3.2.3. To provide the “Customer” with all necessary information concerning the travel services.
4. TERMS OF BOOKINGS
4.1. All reservations are subject to availability. After the booking request, depending on the availability, we will send to the you a contract with full details to confirm the tour.
4.2. Signed contract or email confirmation with your full details and deposit (as clause 5) shall be send by e-mail to: email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt in which will be guaranteed the pre-reservation.
4.3. If the payment is not received on time as per clause 5 may cancel the booking.
4.4. We reserves the right to alter the travel services which does not effect the standards.
5. NAME CORRECTION POLICY
5.1. Change customer’s name is always possible. We will send you a new contract with the name’s transfer. No increase up to 15 days before departure, after that fee may be applied. If compensation will be necessary, fee may be applied. Let us know as soon as possible of any change.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT
6.1. All prices are quoted in Euros to avoid substantial price changes during the year due to the Euro / your currency.
6.2. Payments after sending back signed full agreement:
6.2.1. 30% of all payment within 7 days after confirmation of booking;
6.2.2. 30% (60% in total) of all payment within 60 days before departures;
6.2.3. Final payment by 30 days before departure.
6.3. Payments accepted are international bank transfer, all credit or debit card or paypal, with no increase.
6.4. To book Last Minute tours ( 29 or less days before departures) the whole amount shall pay at the moment of confirmation.
7. CANCELLATION CHARGES
7.1. If you cancel the all reservation we have to apply the following cancellation charges:
7.1.1. 61 days or more before arrival day everything is refundable (less the money transfer fee)
7.1.2. 60 – 31 days before arrival day 30 % loss of the total of the travel services
7.1.3. 30- 15 days before arrival day 50 % loss of the total of the travel services
less than 14 days before arrival day 100 % loss of the total of the travel services
8. GENERAL RISK
8.1. You acknowledge and agree that there are general risks associated with traveling, which are beyond our control and we are not liable to our travelers for any loss, cost or damage. General risks include Tour variations or interruptions caused by road, national or local holidays and the closure of public buildings, strikes, unscheduled vehicle maintenance, forces of nature, river or weather conditions, illness, acts of terrorism or other criminal acts, changes to government visa or travel requirements, any other circumstances beyond our control or unpredictable force majeure events
8.2. You acknowledge and agree that there are part of the tour, accommodation and some goods and services not directly provided by us, but provided by a service provider, in the event of any dispute or claim including for loss, damage, breach of contract or negligence arising from the conduct of the service provider, you must pursue your claim directly against the relevant service provider.
9.1 We work with “Reale Mutua” insurance, Vercelli agency, insurance policy n.3125622. All of our customers are covered by insurance called “Buon viaggio Reale globale viaggi” with the following safeguards:
Medical expenses: € 25,000
Guarantee travel assistance: € 25,000
Permanent disability: € 75,000
Death: € 75,000
As well as the transport insurance:
Third parts damage, including passengers: €1,500,000
10.1 Each tour member is limited to one large suitcase and one small carry on due to limited baggage area on bus. Any extra luggage may be subject to an extra charge due on the spot. No limitation by weight.
11.1 A power plug adaptor may be required to use Your appliances such as electric shavers, mobile phone, etc. We do provide one (1) required adaptors.
11.2 If you suffer travel sickness, you must arrange medication or other alternate to treat symptoms, we cannot make allowance for this.
11.3 You must advise us in writing of any or all special request and dietary requirements at the time of booking. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your dietary request but cannot guarantee that such request can be meet.
11.4 We recommend comfortable clothing. Please bring comfortable walking shoes as you will need these daily, which include walking over rough, unpaved and uneven ground. For spring and autumn months (March-April- October-November) we recommend warm coats, wind proof jacket and umbrella.
11.5 Euro is the currency. Many locations accept major credit cards, ATM machines are located in most cities. Prior to departure you should confirm your ATM card and be sure that PIN will work overseas.
12. LEGAL JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
12.1. This Agreement is governed, construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Italian Laws.
12.2. Any dispute or matters which arise between our association and costumers will be dealt by the Italian court.
